ROLE-PLAY
With highly experienced professional role-players, we are ideally suited to help the individual explore issues in a realistic and controllable way. Unbiased feedback is a crucial part of the role-play process and is focused on ensuring that the participant’s needs have been addressed.
EXAMPLE
We've recently been working with a London based management consultancy running an Interview Skills programme for a major City Investment Bank. Activation provided role-players to help participants practice their interviewing skills and provide them with constructive feedback.
FORUM THEATRE
Providing the opportunity for interactive theatre and shared learning, Forum Theatre brings to life a range of issues relevant to the organisation and allows learners in a safe environment to experience 'best practice'. Alongside this we also employ 'hot-seating' which allows learners to question the characters to get a deeper understanding of issues and behaviours.
EXAMPLE
Forum theatre scenarios were researched and scripted for the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The scenarios highlighted some of the key issues senior managers were needing to address. Having played out the scenarios the actors were guided by the audience on how to handle the situation more effectively.
